SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Parker Durban! We can’t wait to deliver your order and we’re doing our best to ship it as fast as possible. However it may take longer than usual—2 to 3 day delay—because of limited transportation service due to COVID-19. We appreciate your patience.
 

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Parker Durban fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than one of our approved returns services.

Free returns are available for all full price items within 30 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided below. Please note that it is not possible to return personalized items or any items with a face mask or covering.

  • -RETURN CONDITIONS

    • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping location with the original Returns Form.

    • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Parker Durban item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

    • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Parker Durban reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

 

  • -RECEIVING A REFUND

    • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

    • On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.

    • If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

 

Currently orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date for all full price items and within 14 days for all sale items for a refund using the free return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through ParkerDurban.com at any time or if you Contact Us you can place an order via our Customer Service team.

Alternatively, orders can be returned for an exchange or refund in Parker Durban mainline stores in the US.

Please note: PayPal orders can be returned for an exchange but if returned for a refund, should be returned using the free returns service.
